Changing Shape

Why oh why is it so easy to change shape?

What am I referring to?

My belly. It keeps bloating up.

And Christmas is more than a month away.


I hit the gym yesterday and am walking like an old old woman now. After a long lapse, I was pleased I could jog for 15 mins non stop, then go and do some simple weights and situps. Now my gluteal muscles hurt as I sit and my quadraceps scream as I go down the steps.

But yet I push on.

Because I am on a mission. I have a goal.

And not just to change shape.
