Well, now that we have moved into our house for coming to two years, we are taking a second look at the furniture we have.

The entire house has both new and old furniture, mostly the staid, some would say old-fashioned sort.

We have been entertaining quite a lot of young people of late. I sometimes wonder if we should go for more modern furniture or would they feel more at home with the contemporary style pieces.

So as I type this, seated at the living room as I am, I look around and think “Perhaps I should get more colour here” and muse away.

I think I’ll make a list of things to bring up with Hubby when he gets home tonight!
