It is not likely that at 55 years one would pound the treadmill at Usain Bolt’s speed or run marathons like some of Kenya’s or Nigeria’s best right?
Similarly, it’s not likely that Hubby will wear out any fitness equipment if I got him any. For Christmas I mean.
But it would be nice to have something of the sort at home when he doesn’t have the time to the gym or take a brisk walk outside due to inclement weather.
The pocket, however, forbids. Hence my thoughts turn to refurbished fitness equipment. Now that, sounds pretty possible.
Not to mention of course, that I too would benefit from it.
A Christmas present for both of us from both of us! I can just see it!
