One of the major drawbacks of Christmas and New Year – fat accumulation!
Alas, Hubby’s knees are giving him trouble so he can’t go to exercise. The cardio vascular exercises are so necessary to burn away the extras he has put on from feasting. Right now even as I post this, he is at the gym, only doing stretching.
He need something more than his diet to burn away those stubborn lipids! The time has come to get some fat burners here! Otherwise the holes in his belt will not be enough! Not to mention the detriment to his health….!
