Poor Hubby. He’s been hobbling around a fair bit. Diagnosis? Gout! So he’s been walking around like an old man…. sigh.

This is what he has to say, “After 2 months out with gout, the fats are gathering and the muscles are getting weak. Excess weights and poor health is not far behind. I gotta lose those extra pounds until the gout is out and adapexin-p looks like a good shout for burning fats.”

Gout and exercise don’t go together as the latter causes dehydrations which is one of those things that triggers uric acid crystals formations. Hubby found out the hard way resulting in agony lasting one or two weeks.

He’s going to go check if this is ok for him….

In This Season Pt 2

I need to be quiet. So I hibernate at home whenever possible.

Part of my hibernation includes my diet – there’s a change.

This is what I made for lunch.

Simple, nice, and  filling. In fact, I had it twice in a row.

That’s normal for a season like this one I am going through now.

In This Season

2 Corinthians 12:9
And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

This is the season I am in right now.

But more about that later.
