Talk about fitting in. Hubby has suddenly got a brain wave. He has finally decided that the house is in need of doing up again! Yes! After months of dropping hints that became less subtle as time went on, he has finally agreed! (Or was he worn down by my “consistency”? Probably!)

This is the time to bring up my new decorative idea – faux window. I love the idea of more wood, even if it isn’t real, to complement the floors we have. (The floors are lovely laminates!) These windows would fit in so well! Recently we visited a house with real wooden floors, wooden exteriors and even wooden beams at the doorways. Super!

Now to check our budget!
