Carbo

Noodles. I love ’em. They are my favourite source of carbohydrates. I like them with special meat, like this.

I like them fried and then with a special sauce. This is rice noodle, and has seafood thrown in – yum.

Then there is also this version. Well, not quite perhaps. This is hand-made noodle. I love it with cooked in soup or stirred up in a little bit of sauce, served with either wanton or some chicken feet.

My favourite breakfast….
