Dark green. Almost yucky green. Almost muddy green.

And it’s ice cream.

You might think it looks vile.

But what you don’t realise is the taste is superb! Every mouthful is delightful. From the moment a spoonful enters the mouth, the flavour reaches the roof of your palate. Then the taste buds get the impact. Green tea. It should be bitter but it’s not. There’s a strong taste which does not waver even as it reaches the back of the throat. Super yummy. Left me wanting more….
