No, I have not gone nutty over just eggs. Not just any number of eggs. Nor just any egg either.
Hubby decided to microwave his oats. He cracked an egg into the oats, put some water in it, and popped it into the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds to get his “perfect” breakfast. I decided that I didn’t want my egg “drowned” so i cracked them into a separate container from the oats. These ones are microwaved for exactly one minute.
A dash of tomato sauce and voila! I have a good, nutritious and filling start to the day!
