This is one of my favourite of all the things I can eat. Hotplated flour wraps encasing the most yummy things
Contents mostly vary from place to place, but one thing that is essential – the stir-fried sengkuang vegetable. You can add crunchiness from the deep fried prawns or crispy flour. You can add slivers of carrots for colour, enhanced by bit of cucumber with their skin still on. But the ultimate ingredient is this humble root vegetable. Another key ingredient which those of my hometown would know is the sweet sauce. As far as I know, this is the only place which will serve this sauce for this dish. Uniquely done this is a must-not-miss for my trips back to my birthplace. Yummmmmm!
